John was a member of the team that developed and implemented the CallManager software. Chris Pearce is a technical leader in the CallManager software group at Cisco Systems. His primary areas of expertise include call routing, call control, and telephone features. Chris was a member of the team that developed and implemented the CallManager software from its early stages, and he was directly involved in developing the system architecture and design. Anne Smith is a technical writer in the CallManager software group at Cisco Systems. She has eight years of documentation experience, including six years writing and developing technical documentation. Anne was a member of the team that developed the CallManager documentation from its early stages. Delon Whetten is the manager of the Core Call Processing team in the CallManager software group at Cisco Systems.
